How to Whitelist Our Email Address

If you have problems receiving email from the Pennsylvania Medical Society, you may need to whitelist the email address used by our email program. See below to find out how. 

Academic, hospital, or other group email address 

Send this information to your webmaster or information technology department. 

Email service provider: Real Magnet (www.realmagnet.com) 

Sending server:

  • 66.70.82.40
  • 64.106.137.140
  • 64.27.72.0 through 64.27.72.254
  • 209.18.70.1 through 209.18.70.254
  • 209.18.93.1 through 209.18.93.254 

All of the above IPs are sub-domains of magnetmail.net (mail*.magnetmail.net) 

The return path is: mmreturn@magnetdev.com (66.70.25.24) 

AOL 

  1. From your mailbox screen, click on the drop-down arrow to the right of mail options and then click address book.
  2. Click the add or add contact button, depending on which version you are using.
  3. Cut and paste or type stat@pamedsoc.mmsend.com in the screen name block and click save. 

Earthlink webmail 

  1. From your mailbox screen, click address book and click add.
  2. Cut and paste or type stat@pamedsoc.mmsend.com in the email block and click save. 

Hotmail 

  1. Select the options link in the upper right part of the screen and click on junk email protection.
  2. Click on safe list.
  3. Cut and paste or type stat@pamedsoc.mmsend.com in the box and click add. 

Juno/Netzero 

  1. From your mailbox screen, click on the address book tab.
  2. Next to the lists tab, click add new contact link.
  3. Cut and paste or type stat@pamedsoc.mmsend.com in the email address block and click save. 

MSN 8 

  1. Click on email settings and the junk mail link.
  2. Click on safe list and add an item to this list.
  3. Cut and paste or type stat@pamedsoc.mmsend.com in the safe list box and click add. 

MSN 9

  1. Click on settings, email, and junk email.
  2. Click on the junk email guard link and safe list.
  3. Cut and paste or type stat@pamedsoc.mmsend.com in the safe list box and click add.

Outlook 2003 

  1. Go to junk email in the actions menu and select junk email options address book.
  2. Click on the safe senders tab and cut and paste or type in stat@pamedsoc.mmsend.com.

Yahoo 

  1. From your mailbox screen, click on the drop-down arrow to the right of addresses and click add contact.
  2. Cut and paste or type stat@pamedsoc.mmsend.com in the email box and click save.
