Social (Meet the Board)—Friday, Oct. 24—8:00-9:30 PM

Be the first to take advantage of this highly visible opportunity to gain special recognition by the leadership of the Pennsylvania Medical Society.
This event draws not only most delegates, but also special section attendees (medical students, residents, young physicians, international medical graduates). Beer and wine, as well as coffee, desserts and cordials, will be available.
Sponsorship includes: complimentary exhibit table placed in a prominent location ensuring high traffic; signage with your logo; up to four representatives from the company may attend the social; and recognition during the meeting for your support. If you wish, you have the opportunity to distribute one item to attendees (ex. cocktail napkins, glassware, etc.); attendees will be sure to recognize the company who has supported this popular event.

Room key cards
EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY—$7,500
Reach more than 350 physicians a minimum of three times a day for two to three days by advertising your company and/or product on the room keys of the Hershey Lodge.
Sponsorship includes: two-sided full color room key for advertising; one complimentary exhibit table in a prominent location; and recognition during the meeting for your support.

Alliance Gala fundraiser and inaugural program

This highly visible event is the perfect opportunity to gain special recognition and promote your product/services to the leadership of the Pennsylvania Medical Society.
This event serves as the highlight of the meeting. The incoming president is the host of the event. All monies raised through the silent auction are given to the Pennsylvania Medical Society Alliance AMES fund. The AMES fund benefits medical students by way of scholarships.
Sponsorship includes: complimentary exhibit table placed in a prominent location ensuring high traffic; signage with your logo; up to four representatives from the company may attend the inaugural; and recognition during the meeting for your support. If you wish, you have the opportunity to distribute one item to attendees (ex. cocktail napkins, glassware, etc.); attendees will be sure to recognize the company who has supported this popular event.

The internet café offers three computer stations where attendees may check email and search the internet. With so much information to discuss and obtain, attendees will carry your bag with them between meetings. Plus, these bags denoting your logo live well on past the event—extending your brand beyond the conference. Sponsor may also place promotional materials in the bags (subject to Pennsylvania Medical Society approval).
