Counter Details: Colorectal Cancer, April 2007
Objectives
Physicians participating in this activity should be able to:
- Communicate the advantages and disadvantages of various colorectal cancer screening strategies.
- Update their knowledge of the latest guidelines about colorectal cancer screening and surveillance after polypectomy.
- Apply office-based strategies to overcome the barriers of provider recommendation of screening and recommend screening to every eligible patient.
